To be honest I actually prefer "Hilbert and Hilda" over "Touya and Toukou". Yes Hilbert and Hilda are weird names but they are unique names, which is why I like they're english names.

Hilda and Hilbert are weird names but they are not as weird as N's full name which is "Natural Harmonia Gropius".

apparently hilbert means 'magnificent battle' and hilda means 'battle girl' (am I the only who imagined her in a viking suit when I heard that?)
